meandmyrEvo – HMS Triumph at Gallipoli

Now this is a fantastic #meandmyrEvo picture from Volkan Turkay of HMS Triumph, a British pre-dreadnought battleship that was torpedoed by German U-boat U-21 off Gallipoli on 25 May 1915. She capsized and sank near Kabatepe; today the wreck lies inverted at about 72 m, part of the Gallipoli Underwater Historical Park. Photo captured by Murathan Yıldız.
