I had to buy this new hoses to replace the old rubber hoses. The new ones are silicone and are TOO short and they cause restrictive head movement and pressure on the mouth/face. I had the unit properly positioned so thats not the problem.

Hoses pictured are not the same as the picture, the rEvo part R518 is silicone and is no longer rubber. I got the new silicone hoses, they are short and they remain short. They do not stretch out anymore.
I didn’t like the shorter hose because I can feel the pull everytime I turn my head. Not comfortable!!
